"My husband and I were just discussing how badly we needed the huge trees hanging over the house and neighbors fence trimmed back when we heard the sounds of work in the "other" neighbors yard. They were having their trees trimmed! After watching them work and liking how professional they were, I caught the foreman's attention and asked if they could give us a quote for our trees when they were finished (it was late in the day). Not only did they come over immediately when they were finished and give us a reasonable quote, but they offered to do the job then and there since all the staff and equipment were on hand. They were quick, efficient and professional. At one point I wanted to just lop off the large branch hanging towards my neighbors house as a courtesy but was politely informed that such a large branch on that type tree would possibly kill it.
